Massive Attack

The iconic trip hop group have been pretty quiet since their latest album, Heligoland, was released in 2010, but luckily for us, this year sees them beginning a new tour. Fans will be getting an extra treat because they’ll be joined by the fantastic Liz Fraser of Cocteau Twins, who provided vocals for several Massive Attack songs, including the incredibly popular “Teardrop,” which was used as the theme song for the TV show “House.” We can expect the duo to perform plenty of their hits from their classic record, Mezzanine – now nearly 20 years old, but still sounding as fresh as ever today. The show will take place at Detroit’s Masonic Temple at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 22, and you can get tickets on StubHub.
